In our day and age, you will often see people with horrendous posture.

Sometimes you might be lucky and be able to train again after a few weeks. But if you won’t change anything, these injuries will repeat themselves over and over again and soon you won’t be so lucky anymore.
Then you might have to stop doing your favorite exercises. Or you might have to stop doing all the cool and effective exercises and you won’t ever be able to train correctly.
Instead of benching and deadlifting you can join the elders with their aqua aerobics.

Now you will learn a little trick that will help you improve your posture in a matter of seconds.
It will make you look and feel better fast and might give you a quick relief from your pains.
But this trick should only be viewed as exactly that, a trick. It is not the final solution. You will have to do the technique I am about to show you over a long period of time to get results and not fall back in your old postural habits.
