You are sold a lie.
Every month they pull the money straight out of your pocket and you gladly give it to them.
They destroy your health. They make you sick and suck the energy out of your body.
And you? You are supporting all of that and giving them your consent.
Because you are looking for that magic pill. That magic pill that will transform you into a sexy, muscular, attractive, smart, rich and successful womanizer overnight.
Everybody is looking for that shortcut that will do all the dirty work for you.
Nobody is willing to put in the work. And that’s exactly the reason why the masses are unsuccessful — while the supplement industry is.
The supplement industry capitalizes on your struggles, hopes and on your laziness. And you do exactly what they want you to do!
How The Supplement Industry Scams You
The supplement industry sells all kinds of supplements that are supposed to make you big and shredded.
Every month there is a new fad supplement that will turn you into the next Mister Olympia.
The supplement brands advertise their products with the biggest super athletes whose success they attribute to taking that specific supplement.
These athletes, bodybuilders and fitness models are hired and paid to lie straight into your face.
They claim to be taking these supplements and all you have to do to look like them is to buy their product.
Yeah, right. We all know this is bullshit. Or do we?
You might shake your head reading this but this marketing strategy clearly works and it works really well.
When people see their favorite bodybuilder or their idol promoting a product, they will hand over their last pennies just to buy it because they think it will finally give them the success they have been looking for.
But that’s not how it works. Most of the time, these guys don’t even take these products and if they do, then it’s surely not the secret to their success.
Supplements Don’t Do Shit!!!
Here is the cold and hard truth: supplements don’t work!
Supplements won’t give you shredded six-pack abs, a massive chest and 18-inch biceps. They won’t do shit.
Supplements are just that, tools to supplement your diet.
If your diet is crap, then supplements won’t outdo your bad diet. Nothing will outdo a bad diet.
Now if you didn’t get enough protein one day, you can use a protein shake to supplement your regular diet and get the required protein you need. Nothing more.
Supplements are not anabolic steroids or substances that magically induce muscle growth.
They just supplement your diet. And supplements shouldn’t be something you rely on to get your dietary needs.
No, real food is always the best and you should always strive to get most of your nutrition through real food.
Only use shakes when you really can’t get all the protein and calories you need.
And I am only talking about protein powders right now (I actually don’t even recommend those), not those other crappy supplements like mass gainers and test boosters.
These are just pure scam. They will just burn the money in your pocket and leave you dissatisfied.
These supps won’t put pounds of muscle on your body. There is nothing like that. No supplement will build muscle or burn the fat off your body. They might just indirectly help the process.
Everything that actually puts pounds of muscle on your body is illegal and banned.
The Real Secret To Success In The Fitness Industry
The real secret to their success isn’t some dubious supplement.
It’s hard work, dedication, discipline and a stone-cold diet over a really long period of time — coupled with the use of performance enhancing drugs.
The guys at the top didn’t sit on the couch, watch a YouTube commercial about the newest supplement and mentally masturbated about finally finding the secret to glory and fame.
No, they worked their fucking ass off, day, after day, after day even when they didn’t feel like it.

They didn’t search for some stupid excuses of why they couldn’t do something.
They just did. And then they made the vision in their head a reality and became the idol you look up to now.
And yes, I am plenty aware of the use of illegal substances in the sport and you can be almost certain that most of these guys are on something.
I honestly don’t give a shit about who is natural and who’s not. I know that these guys still work hard and it’s everybody’s own choice whether or not to take PEDs.
But I have a problem with people lying to the public to promote their bullshit product.
If there is something like a magic pill, then it’s definitely not a $30 supplement. It’s illegal drugs that will skyrocket everything you do in the gym.
Supplements Destroy Your Health And Ruin Your Body
Most supplements are full of shit and they can seriously ruin your health.
No, I am not talking about outdated myths like protein powder and creatine giving you kidney stones.
I am talking about the chemicals and dangerous ingredients in most supplements that are poison for your body.
Most supplements contain tons of shitty ingredients that will actually harm you more than they will do you good. These ingredients aren’t natural at all and will wreak havoc on your system.
Your hormones will get out of whack, your testosterone is going to be low, your digestion and your metabolism restricted. Basically, they will up your health and hinder your potential, both mentally and physically.
Your body won’t be in a state where it’s comfortable building muscle. It will be in a state where it tries to regulate all your bodily functions and restore your health.
Supplements Ruin Your Life Quality
If your body isn’t working at its best then your mind won’t be either.
You will feel tired, unfocused, depressed and shy. Your vital life energy will be lost and the quality of your life will majorly decrease.
Your body and your mind are connected. If one or the other isn’t working at its best, it will impact the other as well.
How do you expect to unleash your full potential in all areas of your life if you are constantly putting shit into your body? How are your body and your mind supposed to work and perform at its best when the fuel you provide for it is crap?
I am not joking. Take a look at the ingredients list and you will find weird chemicals in 99% of all supplements.
Booster are full of weird chemicals that artificially power you up. Vitamin supplements contain tons of additives.
Most of the protein powder is just waste that your body can’t even digest and use properly.
All your doing is causing your body to work harder by fucking up your digestion and gut health, the core of your health.
And when your gut health isn’t up to par, expect a lot of ugly problems like chronic fatigue, skin problems like acne, libido loss and much more.
What You Should Look For When Buying Supplements
Now you know that most of the supplements are pure crap. They come from the same source and are just repackaged differently before they are sold to you.
If you buy supplements, please at least take a look at the labels. Compare the ingredients and see how much extra shit is added and how much of the stuff you want is in there and in which form.
Always buy the supplement with the least amount of ingredients and the highest quality with the best bioavailability.
Invest a little more money in a higher quality product than buying cheap stuff that you don’t even know where it’s coming from or what’s in it. Don’t skimp on your health!
What if you can’t afford high-quality supplements? Don’t buy them. As I said, you don’t need supplements. You can get everything you need to build a great physique and a healthy body from food.
If you are on a tight budget, invest in good quality food and optimize your diet. This will give you far more success than any supplement can give you.
As I said, supplements can’t outdo a bad diet. They can’t outdo a bad workout and bad sleep either.
So get these 3 things in order before you even worry about supplements and you will see amazing results with your body.
Why You Still Need Supplements
I know I said you don’t need supplements to build muscle.
And that’s true. There is no legal supplement that will build muscle and burn fat, period.
But I still recommend people taking supplements to boost their general health and vitality which will indirectly result in more muscle gain and fat loss.
As I said above, supplements are there to supplement your diet in case you couldn’t get all the nutrients you need.
Now the optimal scenario is that you get all of your nutrients through real food and your diet provides everything you need.
But even if your diet is perfectly on point (if there even is something like the perfect diet), you will probably lack certain nutrients.
The reason for that is that most of todays food is totally devoid of any nutrients. Our soil isn’t what it used to be and animals are fed crappy corn and food substitutes.
On top of that most animals are pumped full with antibiotics, hormones and other stuff you definitely don’t want in your body.
That’s why you will inevitably be lacking certain nutrients and the only way to really combat these nutrient deficiencies is by supplementing your diet with high-quality supplements and the correct dosages.
If you correct your nutrient deficiencies, you will feel like you just tapped into the hidden resources of your body.
Your energy will skyrocket, your mind will be a lot sharper, your focus clearer and your body will build muscle a lot easier than before. Until you reach baseline and this new found state will feel normal which it should.
Supplementing to correct nutrient deficiencies is a very individual thing.
Which specific supplements I recommend everyone to take is a subject for another blog post.
Until then your job is to get your diet in order and check for any deficiencies you might have using sites like Cronometer.com.
Wake Up!
It’s time to wake up bro.
The supplement industry has been feeding you lies all along and you’ve been happily downing them all this time. Now it’s time to change the menu.
I am telling you all this information because I care about you. I don’t want you to be scammed and lose your hard-earned money that you could use to actually achieve your goals and better your life.
It’s time to take your supplemental success into your own hands.
There are certain supplements that you can use to benefit your journey but there is no magic pill.
So stop searching for it. If you keep searching for that secret shortcut like everybody else is, then you will end up like everybody else.
Instead, you should get to work right now and build the physique and the life you always wanted.
In the end, it’s all about hard work and sweat!
